At Blue Sky Cashmere, we are dedicated to providing you with a seamless shopping experience. Below are the details regarding our shipping and returns process.
Returns & Exchanges
Blue Sky Cashmere accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 15 days of the original delivery date. All items must have Blue Sky Cashmere tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet these criteria.
- Online purchases must be processed through our Return Portal.
- Items marked as "Exchange Only" can only be exchanged for a different size or colorway of the same item at equal value.
- All returns are made at the customer's cost, and Blue Sky Cashmere is not liable for lost products in transit during a return.
- Returns that do not follow proper procedures will not be accepted or returned to the sender.
- Blue Sky Cashmere reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Final Sale Merchandise
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Final sale and discounted items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or monogrammed merchandise
- Promotional gifts
Please note that final sale items mailed back to us will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery. Items reported after this timeframe will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
Third-Party Retailers
Items purchased through third-party retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase. Blue Sky Cashmere does not accept returns from third-party partners online or in stores.
International Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping.
- International orders are not eligible for exchanges.
- Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
International Customs & Duties
Our delivery duty paid (DDP) service is available for a variety of countries around the globe. This means that any applicable duties and customs fees are pre-paid before your package reaches you.
However, this service isn't available in every location. If your order is being shipped to one of the countries listed here, you may be responsible for paying any customs duties and fees prior to delivery. Please note that we do not have control over these charges and are unable to provide specific information about their potential costs.

How to Return or Exchange
For qualifying orders, please visit our Delivery & Returns page to submit your return request. Your order number is found on your order confirmation email. If your item meets our return criteria, you'll be able to download and print a return shipping label. The sender is responsible for the full return shipping cost.
We allow one exchange at no additional cost, with the customer responsible for shipping fees for the returned item.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. For assistance, email blueskycashmere.store@gmail.com with your order number.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
- All orders are shipped with SFexpress.
Delivery Timeframes
We ship and deliver only on business days.
- International Orders: We ship all international orders via our designated delivery service. Orders are processed and shipped out the next business day. While we estimate delivery to take approximately 5-10 days, please note that we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to potential transit delays.
Shipping Rates
We are pleased to offer complimentary international shipping on all orders exceeding 200USD. For orders under 200 USD. For orders under 200USD, the shipping rates are as follows:
- $20 USD for deliveries to the United States and Canada
- $15 USD for deliveries to all other international destinations
Shipping Responsibilities

Invalid Addresses: We cannot ship expedited or international orders to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.
- Risk of Loss: All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered by an independent carrier. Title to the products, as well as the risk of loss, passes to you when Blue Sky Cashmere delivers these items to the carrier.
